Expansion Management’s editorial team continued its tradition of award-winning excellence, garnering a total of five awards this month from the Cleveland Press Club at its annual Ohio Excellence in Journalism awards dinner on June 16, 2006.
Managing Editor Ken Krizner received a SILVER award in the Best Features/Trends category for his article, "Biotech Companies Seek Location Advantages."
Chief Editor Bill King and Senior Research Editor Michael Keating received a SILVER award in the Public Service/Investigative category for the "2005 Education Quotient," the magazine’s annual ranking of more than 2,800 secondary school districts nationwide.
Bill King and Michael Keating also received an HONORABLE MENTION in the Best Trade Report category for their "2005 Logistics Quotient: The Top Logistics Metros in the United States."
Bill King’s award-winning Retrograde column received an HONORABLE MENTION in the Best Department or Column category, as well as an HONORABLE MENTION in the Best Editorial in Ohio category.
This year’s recognition brings to nine the number of editorial awards Expansion Management has received from the Cleveland Press Club in the past two years.
