TeleServices Direct, a direct marketing firm based in Indianapolis, Ind., recently announced that it will locate a call center in Bowling Green, Ky. This new call center, the first TeleServices Direct location in Kentucky, will introduce more than 300 new jobs to the community and will be located at 1310 Campbell Lane.
Established in 1989, TeleServices Direct originally focused its efforts on database management and outsourced telemarketing to the college student market. The company opened its first in-house telemarketing call center in 1993 in Indianapolis.
"Our mission is to be the most efficient, cost effective and innovative teleservices company for our clients," said Patricia Totton, President and CEO of TeleServices Direct.
In addition to the new call center in Bowling Green, the company has four call centers located throughout Indiana and one in Montego Bay, Jamaica. With more than 1,100 agents working at the call centers, TeleServices Direct reaches more than 20 million customers each year.
