Bennett International Group To Build $6.5 Million Manufacturing Facility in Washington County Facility

TENNILE, Ga. (August 15, 2007) — Bennett plans to build a new 62,500 square foot manufacturing facility on a 20-acre site at Tennille’s Industrial Park.

Global transportation company Bennett International Group, LLC, recently announced that it is launching a new venture in Washington County, Ga., creating more than 150 jobs over the next two years with a $6.5 million investment in Tennille.

Bennett plans to build a new 62,500 square foot manufacturing facility on a 20-acre site at Tennille’s Industrial Park. Bennett Building Systems is a new venture for the company, which is one of the largest woman-owned businesses in Georgia. The facility will manufacture, sell and deliver metal utility buildings to retailers within a 300-mile radius.
