Restek Corp., an analytical instruments manufacturer for the environmental, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries, was approved for a $2 million PIDA loan for the expansion of its 83,689 square foot facility at Penn Eagle Industrial Park, Benner Township.

The $6.3 million project will expand the company’s facility by more than 44,000 square feet, allowing for the creation of 58 new jobs and the retention of all 232 employees. The Centre County Industrial Development Corp. is the local sponsoring agency.
