Canada-Based Vari-Form to Open Manufacturing Facility in Liberty, Missouri

LIBERTY, Mo. (June 21, 2007) — The company will invest $8 million and create more than 40 manufacturing jobs.

Canadian-based Vari-Form Inc. announced that it selected a site in Liberty, Mo., for its first U.S. manufacturing facility. The company will invest $8 million and create more than 40 manufacturing jobs for area residents.

Vari-Form originated a new technology called structural automotive hydroforming. As the industry leader, Vari-From produces more than 7 million parts worldwide for the automotive industry every year. Currently, manufacturing facilities exist in Strathroy, Ontario and Reynosa, Mexico.
