JLE Manufacturing, Inc., an architectural millwork and custom cabinet manufacturer, will build a 27,000 square foot office/manufacturing facility on a two-acre site at Guadalupe and Meridian, near Apache Junction, in Pinal County, Ariz.

The new facility will improve efficiencies, upgrade manufacturing technologies and consolidate operations that are currently dispersed in leased locations, including two in Gilbert and two in Chandler. The headquarters offices are presently located at 3220 North Delaware Street, in Chandler.

Established in 1998, JLE has grown steadily by serving both local and national customers with high quality cabinetry, fixtures, and architectural woodwork. The company has performed turnkey contracts involving custom woodwork, laminates, integrated ornamental metals, stone, electrical and lighting elements. Projects have involved spas, hotel conference centers, restaurants and office décor.

Fleming West Building Company, Inc., a general contractor in Chandler, will lead the design/build team with Michael A. Hall, LLC, serving as the project architect. The project will apply a metal building supplied by Butler Manufacturing Co. and be completed in six months. Dwain Ellingson, EBS & Associates, Scottsdale, represented JLE in the site search and transaction.
