Lenox to Relocate Headquarters and Consolidate Operations to Pennsylvania

BRISTOL, Pa. (August 3, 2006) — The company has leased 126,000 square feet of office space for 12 years at the former Dial Soap factory, which was redeveloped as part of the Bristol revitalization program.

Lenox Brands recently announced its intention to relocate and consolidate some existing operations to Bristol, Pa. The company is creating and retaining more than 470 jobs, including corporate operations being moved from New Jersey.

Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell announced the state’s $1.3 million investment to support Lenox’s move and consolidation of its corporate operations from sites in Lawrenceville, N.J., and Langhorne, Pa., to the Island View Crossing office complex in Bristol.

The company has leased 126,000 square feet of office space for 12 years at the former Dial Soap factory, which was redeveloped as part of the Bristol revitalization program.

“We are thrilled to finally be able to bring our two facilities under one roof,” said Susan Engel, Lenox Group Inc chairwoman and CEO. “We worked extremely hard to create a work environment that is friendly, open and promotes teamwork among employees. I think we will find that both our efficiencies and productivity will greatly increase in our new space.”
