C & S Worldwide Holdings, Inc., which offers a variety of engineering and construction services, plans to invest $2.8 million to construct a 22,000 square foot addition to its 44,000 square foot facility at the Hancock Airport in the town of Salina, Onondaga County. The company also has small offices in Buffalo and Binghamton. The project is expected to retain 35 of the company’s existing jobs statewide and create an additional 44 jobs.
C & S Worldwide Holdings, Inc., is a privately held S corporation, with its flagship company, C&S Engineers, Inc., formed in 1968. Other C&S Companies include: C&S Design Build, C&S Technical Resources, and C&S Operations. Collectively, these companies offer a wide range of engineering, design, construction, and program management services to customers in government, aviation, education, healthcare, and private commerce/industry.
Clients include the Department of Defense, several New York State agencies and SUNY campuses, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, many counties and municipalities, and hub airports including Syracuse, Buffalo, Cleveland, Detroit, and San Diego.

In consideration of its commitment to New York State, C & S Worldwide Holdings, Inc. is eligible to apply to Empire State Development for a Capital Grant of up to $225,000 to assist with the $2.8 million cost of constructing the addition.
