Ultimus, a major provider of business process management (BPM) and workflow software and solutions, with more than 1,600 customers worldwide, recently broke ground at its new site in Cary, N.C. The new offices are a direct result of the company’s year-over-year global growth and the need to expand its headquarters to facilitate its rapid expansion.
“This groundbreaking ceremony is a major mark in Ultimus’ 12 year history,” said Rashid Khan, CEO and co-founder, Ultimus, Inc. “Our company has not only experienced years of growth, but we touch more than 80 countries around the world. As a successful worldwide company we are proud to be headquartered in the technology hotbed of North Carolina.”
Ultimus plans to occupy the new 16,500 square foot facility by first quarter 2007. The company has offices in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Australia and supports a network of 80 worldwide partners.
