Nationwide Credit, a global call center and receivables management company located in Vestal, N.Y., will expand its current Vestal facility and invest $1.17 million for worker training programs, creating 455 new jobs over the next three years.
The company, headquartered in Kennesaw, Ga., will invest $1.17 million to provide employee training, and will be expanding their current 56,000 square foot facility located in Vestal. Nationwide Credit is a global call center and receivables management company poviding private and public sector clients with outsourcing, contingency collections, call center services, and nationwide attorney network services since 1947.
“We are excited that our business relationship with New York State has created the opportunity for Nationwide Credit Inc. to maintain our existing Contingency Operations and expand our Customer Service Outsourcing line of business within our call center located in Vestal, New York,” said Nationwide Chief Financial Officer George Williams.
In consideration of its commitment to New York State, Nationwide Credit, Inc is eligible to apply to Empire State Development for a Capital grant of up to $475,000 to assist in the purchase of furniture, fixtures and equipment.
