Within the framework of its long-term Asian development plan, Hansen Transmissions International signed a factory lease agreement for the establishment of a Chinese assembly and service center.

The factory is located in the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA), North East China.

Both current and future customers in China will benefit from the new local Hansen assembly and service center, which will also serve as a hub for other Asian destinations.

“The proximity of major customers, professionalism of TEDA and the flexibility of Hongfa Investment Group, together with favorable logistics, the quality of local personnel and excellent infrastructure, all contributed to the choice of the factory location,” said Mark Hudson, general manager of Hansen’s Shanghai office.
