The Wisconsin Department of Commerce will provide J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. $250,000 in Technology Zone Tax Credits to expand their operations in Neenah, Wis. The project is expected to create 71 jobs and retain 983 jobs.
"With technology, training, trade promotion, and new investment, we are working to revolutionize and modernize Wisconsin manufacturing," Governor Doyle said. "Through Grow Wisconsin we are helping companies remain competitive by upgrading their technologies, and I am pleased that we can help J.J. Keller & Associates on this project that will create new jobs and investment in Neenah."
J.J. Keller & Associates is investing more than $1.2 million to develop and market a new management tool. The company produces technical publications, software and online management tools to assist companies in various industries with compliance to federal and state regulations.

Governor Doyle also highlighted the plan to strengthen manufacturing that he laid out in his State of the State Address on January 17, 2005.
