Dealer Services Corp. Selects Carmel, Indiana for Corporate Headquarters

CARMEL, Ind. (July 13, 2005) — The company works with automotive dealers throughout North America to finance the purchase of vehicles from manufacturers and wholesalers.

Dealer Services Corp. has selected Carmel, Ind. as the location for its global corporate headquarters.

Dealer Services is a new business focused on financial services for the automotive sales industry. The company works with automotive dealers throughout North America to finance the purchase of vehicles from manufacturers and wholesalers.

“The high quality of life in Carmel will certainly help our ability to attract and retain the best employees,” said John Fuller, the company’s founder and CEO. “Support provided by the city and state made it possible to begin our operations here. Our sincere thanks go to the city and state for their efforts to make Carmel and Indiana a wonderful place to do business.”

To meet customer demands, Dealer Services Corp. expects to create approximately 60 new Indiana jobs by 2010 and invest $9 million in the company. The company has located at Two Penn Mark Plaza in Carmel. Dealer Services Corp. initially leased 8,200 square feet, and the company plans to expand to 20,000 square feet in the next several years.

The economic development incentives offered by the IEDC include:

— Approximately $40,000 in training grants from the Skills Enhancement Fund (SEF) to train Indiana resident employees

— Up to $50,000 in training grants for technology professionals through the Technology Enhancement Certifications for Hoosiers (TECH) fund

— Up to $700,000 over 7 years in Economic Development for a Growing Economy tax credits (EDGE).

Pending approval by the Carmel City Council, the city agreed to abate personal property taxes in support of the capital investment made by Dealer Services Corp. for new equipment.
