Sargent Metal Fabricators recently announced that they will invest an additional $3 million in their Anderson facility and add 30 jobs.

Sargent, an ISO 9001-2000 registered company, is an industry leader in precision sheet metal fabrication and lean assembly services in the Southeastern United States. The company was founded in 1975 and moved into its current state-of-the-art 79,000 square foot facility at the Anderson Airport Business Park in June of 2003.

Sargent Metal Fabricators, recently recognized as one of South Carolina’s fastest growing companies, will have 110 employees at the facility after this expansion takes place.

“In order for our company to continue to grow, we must continue to invest in the latest state-of-the-art equipment in our industry, and continue to create highly skilled jobs for the citizens of Anderson County,” said Sargent President Tim Hayden.
