PAL Laboratories, Inc. has expanded its operations in Miami-Dade County with the completion of its new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. PAL Laboratories upgraded its equipment to create a new facility of more than 40,000 square feet that will serve as a single-source, world-class facility to better serve its customers.
The facility, located in northwest Miami-Dade County, represents a new capital investment of $8 million. The investment was used to retrofit and convert an existing structure into the state-of-the-art, FDA-approved manufacturing facility, which will house the 25 new jobs generated in the next six months `as a result of the expansion.
The Beacon Council, the region’s economic development organization, assisted PAL Laboratories with the Targeted Jobs Incentive Fund (TJIF) and permitting assistance.

PAL Laboratories, a Pharmed Group (PMG) Company, is a turnkey manufacturer of nutraceutical supplements. The company was founded in Miami-Dade County in 1991, and was acquired by PMG in 2001. PMG is the largest independent, full-line distributor of medical, surgical and rehabilitative supplies, and provider of materials management services in the United States. The company currently distributes more than 25,000 products domestically and internationally.
