Southern California Logistics Airport, the former George Air Force Base in Victorville, Calif., is a master-planned 8,500-acre multimodal transportation hub supported by air, ground and rail connections.

Criteria used in the selection process included size, access to CSX rail service, adjacency to an interstate, labor force availability, utility infrastructure and satisfactory environmental assessment.
