Wisconsin Plant Expansion
The tax credits are tied to plans by Harley-Davidson to invest $300
million in the state over the next several years.

Bern, North Carolina
For each year that the company meets required performance targets, the
state will provide a grant equivalent to 65 percent of the state
personal income withholding taxes derived from the creation of new jobs.
