1. Novartis to Build $267 Million Manufacturing Plant Near Raleigh, North Carolina
The company has been awarded a $3 million grant from the state’s One North Carolina Fund, which provides financial assistance through local governments to attract business projects that will stimulate economic activity and create new jobs in the state.

2. Schneider National Receives $7 Million From Illinois to Support Facility Construction in Edwardsville, Illinois
Among other incentives, the state will provide Economic Development for a Growing Economy (EDGE) corporate income tax credits over 10 years based on job creation.

3. Henkel Subsidiary Dial Corp. to Build Headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona
In addition to site selection services, The Staubach Co. will also provide design construction consulting services for the approximately 350,000 square foot headquarters and R&D facility.

Aluminum Technology Schmid was recently selected as supplier to an Alabama-based company that supplies hydraulic pumps for Mercedes-Benz and future Chrysler car models manufactured in North America.
